Elderflower Tom Collins

A slightly sweeter, subtly floral variation on the classic Tom Collins, perfect for those sweltering summer nights.

Ingredients

Icecubes

2 parts Gin

1/5 part Lemon Juice

1 part Elderflower Cordial

4 parts Tonic Water

Lemon Wheels

Highball glasses

Fill glass with ice.

Pour over gin, lemon juice, elderflower cordial and tonic.

Stir and garnish with a lemon wheel.
