Tempura

Tempura is one of those dishes that I hardly ever make but love to eat. I hardly ever make it because it isn’t the easiest thing to make, I feel bad using so much oil (and then the conundrum of what to do with it after?) and is just a lot of work. But when I’m eating it I’m always thinking; ‘Man, I should make this more often!’
