Simple Thai Mango Salad

Fresh, crunchy, sweet, savoury and spicy. The perfect side to any asian (fusion) dish and a great alternative to a regular green salad.

 

Ingredients

1 large Carrot

1 small Mango

1 raw Beet

Chili flakes

a splash of Soy Sauce

a splash of Saké

Make sure the mango is firm (not too soft) but sweet, as the flavour of the mango is what really elevates this dish.

Julienne the carrot, beet and mango and place into a big bowl. Toss over some chili flakes at your own discretion (risk).Add a small splash of soy sauce and sake.

Toss to cover evenly and serve.
